MEDIATION FEES:

Mediation Hourly Fees

$200.00 per party per hour.

Fees are the same for any additional time spent on document review, research, written findings of fact/law and other outside time, if any, necessary to prepare or make an informed award or evaluation. All charges will be billed to the parties equally unless agreed otherwise, in writing.

A one-hour minimum will be charged in all cases.

TRAVEL TIME:

We charge half time hourly rate for travel time to and from mediations held at locations other than at Wesley Firm, LLC, in Roswell, Georgia.

OUR CONTRACT FOR SERVICES IS WITH THE ATTORNEY(S). WE EXPECT PAYMENT FROM THE ATTORNEY(S) ON THE DAY OF MEDIATION UNLESS OTHER PAYMENT OR AGREEMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BEFORE THE DAY OF THE MEDIATION.

Nanette has practiced for twenty-five (25) years and spent most of her career in large law firms before opening her own firm. Nanette focuses her practice on first-party and third-party coverage and defense throughout the South, including Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and South Carolina, in all state and federal courts. It is not unusual, however, for her to be litigating in other venues, as well.  She has tried, arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases.

Nanette has substantial experience with Cat losses, including litigating hundreds of claims in state and federal courts. Nanette also has significant expertise in extra-contractual/bad faith litigation.

Nanette provides liability coverage opinions on common carrier, construction defect, bodily injury, personal injury, and adverting injury. Nanette also defends third-party liability claims arising from wrongful death, construction defect, common carrier, and premises liability, and she has successfully defended multiple insured individuals and entities in federal and state courts.

Her practice includes automobile defense and coverage, and UM and UIM.

Nanette is also experienced in commercial litigation.
